Veronica Lee joined Vardanega Roberts as an Associate in 2018.  

Veronica was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court in April 2014 and has experience in all aspects of employment law. Veronica is passionate about fostering the employment relationship and representing and advising clients in workplace relations, unfair dismissal, discrimination and work health and safety matters.   

·         In her practice, Veronica advises both employers and employees – her experience ranges from front end drafting to running litigation in state and federal jurisdictions. She provides clients with strategic advice, assists with workplace investigations and advises on employee misconduct and complaints, Fair Work, Federal Court and Industrial Relations Commission matters, unfair dismissal claims, termination of employment claims, discrimination claims. Veronica drafts employment contracts, enterprise agreements, workplace policies,   and is able to provide tailored workplace training.
